Krank Golf Easy Pay Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing the Krank Golf Easy Pay Program.

Krank Golf Easy Pay.com provides quality drivers. We are confident that you will like our premium built golf drivers.

Payments – You understand your initial payment of $149.95 and additional 12 monthly payments of $29.95 30 days from the initial down payment will be charged to your credit card or debit card provided.

Order Acceptance – All orders placed are accepted on the basis of prices and terms prevailing at the time of shipment. Krank Golf (Seller) accepts Buyer’s order on the condition that Buyer assents to the Terms and Conditions as set forth above and on the Checkout page and waives any differing terms.

Playability Guarantee – Krank Golf allows during the first 30 days, one change of shaft or head as part of our playability guarantee. Please contact us at easypay@krankfinance.wpengine.com or call 480-699-5041.

Payment – We accept (a) credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover).

Freight & Shipping Policy – All shipments are F.O.B. Phoenix, Arizona. Unless otherwise requested, shipments are delivered via Ground Service. Freight is charged as shown in our Shipping Calculator on the Cart and Checkout page. Please allow 10-14 business days for driver build and shipping. Please wait 5 business days after shipping time for all parcels to arrive before contacting us.

Shortage/Damaged Goods – For damages or shortages occurring during shipping, Buyer shall make claim against the carrier. Such claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made with the carrier within ten (10) days of invoice date. Seller must receive all claims for shortages or damages within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment.

Return Goods – Once any Krank Golf club has been hit, it is not returnable. Un-hit clubs still in the plastic wrapper have a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be freight prepaid, must be accompanied by the original packing slip and or proof of purchase.

Warranty – You understand that all Krank Golf clubs come with a one year warranty based on normal usage.

Disclaimer – The club heads are not advertised, sold or represented to be clones, copies or imitations of any other club or model. Seller disclaims Sec. 2:312 C of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Jurisdiction – The laws of the State of Arizona apply to this agreement between seller and Buyer.
